Crockpot Potatoes and Kielbasa


30 ounces Frozen Shredded Hash Browns

2 14 ounce Kielbasa Links

1 can Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup

1 1/4 cup Evaporated Milk

garlic to taste

Optional: Salt and Pepper to taste


1. Thaw hash browns from freezer at room temperature for 2 hours.

2. In large bowl combine, Hash Browns, Soup, Milk, Garlic and stir well.

3. Add in Kielbasa.

4. Spray Crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.

5. Place mixture into crockpot and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 6 hours. Stir occasionally.
