Spray a casserole dish with cooking oil.
Spread pesto sauce on bottom, place chicken cutlets in dish and use remainder of pesto on top of chicken.
Cover with foil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Take foil off and spread cheese. Put back in oven for 8-10 minutes.
